Questions Suppliers Ask

What is free, and what may cost extra?
The free plan doesn't expire: keep up to 3 lots live at the same time, with no listing fee and no credit card. Paid plans let you keep more lots live and add tools such as advanced dashboards — see Pricing. No plan charges a sales commission.
Does Lotflows charge a sales commission?
No. Lotflows does not take a percentage of any sale and does not handle transaction funds.
What files can I upload?
Excel files (.xlsx or .xlsm) — inventory lists, manifests, FBA return reports and count sheets, as they are. Images pasted into the sheet stay with their products. CSV and older .xls files are not supported yet; save them as .xlsx first. You can also add items one at a time by photographing them on your phone.
Can I review my inventory before publishing?
Yes. Everything you upload starts as a private draft. You check products, quantities, price, MOQ and lead time, and buyers see nothing until you publish. You can take inventory offline at any time.
Who sets prices and buying terms?
You do. Lotflows does not price, negotiate or change your terms.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers send an inquiry from a specific lot or product, and the conversation lives in your Lotflows inbox. You reply directly and agree on price, inspection, pickup or shipping.
Does Lotflows process payments?
No. Lotflows does not collect, hold or transfer transaction funds. Payment, shipping and any dispute are handled between you and the buyer.
Can I control who sees my inventory?
Drafts are visible only to you. Once a lot is published, buyers with public marketplace access can find it on Lotflows. You can also create a share link and send it to buyers you already work with: anyone with the link can view that lot without signing up, but they see price ranges and availability — not exact prices, stock counts or your company name. If they sign in through your link, they become one of your buyers: they can see exact prices and quantities on your live lots and send you an inquiry. A link stays active for 1, 7 or 30 days, as you choose, and you can revoke it or take a lot offline at any time.
Can you help me set up my inventory?
Yes. Send us a short request and we'll email you to help turn your spreadsheet into a lot. Setup help is free, and you review and publish everything yourself.
